Extensive reflection around sleep for children. Several types of sleeping arrangements are available - hammocks, beds, dormitory, mattresses on the floor
The next room is used by the mini-toddlers. The age group following the nursery
The nursery adapts to the evolution of each child. We respect their individualized sleeping and eating times
Allow direct access to objects. It is by doing themselves that children gain in autonomy and build themselves from a neurological point of view
Importance of the "lighthouse" position: the adult remains seated with the children in a strategic position. The educator has a visibility on them and they also see her-him at any time

The diaper station: care is a privileged moment with the child. All our products are certified in pharmacy

Motor equipment is available. We pay a lot of attention to the importance of psychomotor development and to the specific needs of this group. This allows the children to experiment freely
Cooking: we have a food plan adapted to each child, following their diversification
Daily outings: all groups go outdoor every day ! Our crèche has direct access to a private forest and is close to the beaches of Mies and Versoix.
The kitchen is just next door : our caterer provides us with local and seasonal products. The choice of dishes is guided by a registered dietician.
The access to the second Trotters' room, as well as to a third room, allow us to set up the recreational roaming, with diversified activities
We have various pedagogical inspirations: Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Pikler and Céline Alvarez among others.
Activities focused on the best interests of the child. The projects worked in the nursery are brought by the observation of the children by the professionals
The standing diaper change is practiced in potty training and allows a greater autonomy of the child
Symbolic games: they allow, among other benefits, the development of language and social skills. These are practical life workshops
Development of their autonomy: direct access to the sink for brushing teeth, but also collaboration in setting the table at mealtimes
The kitchen: installation of self-service for the children. It allows the presence of cooking workshops and the daily preparation of their own snacks.
The open space: playful roaming with diversified activity proposals
The daily outings are done whatever the wather and according to the educational projects in progress (library, retirement home, nature, discovery of the world). The daycare has a direct access to a private forest and is close to the beaches of Mies and Versoix
Direct access to the motricity room: this space allows to work on the psycho-motor development of the child. It also serves as a nap room
The educator is there to observe. Taking notes is necessary in order to have a global view of the strategies implemented by the children
Autonomy room : individualized activities, inspired by the Reggio Emilia, Montessori and Céline Alvarez pedagogies, are available for children to play alone or in small groups
The experimentation table : children make experiments by themselves. At the moment we observe plants after watering and their evolution
Gathering area: each morning, the educators and children say hello and discuss the daily program and the themes worked on together
